Terms & Conditions of online orders
Tiny Necessities uses The Courier Guy for door to door deliveries anywhere in South Africa. We package your product/garment with the greatest of care to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. We pride ourselves in getting orders out to be delivered within 3 working days but depending on the shipment area and stock – deliveries can take up to 7 working days. If you don’t receive your order within 10 working days without any notifications, please contact us at: email@example.com and we will review the matter. Our flat-rate delivery fee includes any and all areas in South Africa and is automatically included in the online payment port. If for any reason, you wish to rather collect your package, please contact us directly so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Please ensure to provide us with an accurate delivery address where you/someone will be available to sign for the collection of your order. Orders are sent out on week-days (Monday – Friday). Tiny Necessities can include delivery insurance for your parcel, please contact us directly to activate the insurance before placing an order. Tiny Necessities cannot be held responsible for any 3rd party delays or issues of any kind related to suppliers, courier services and social media.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note that the photographed item colour my vary from the actual item. Please report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours to firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving your parcel. Please return the item back to Tiny Necessities within 14 days and we will happily refund you, or exchange the item for you for something ells in our store. Please note that courier costs for returns or exchanges will be for your own account. No refunds or exchanges on custom made orders.
